Blue Whale Consulting was founded after experiencing firsthand the challenges of HR consulting for foreign companies operating in Norway.
When working in HR at a foreign construction company that was relatively new to operating in Norway, our founder, Rafael Francisco, repeatedly faced challenges with external HR consulting firms. Lack of transparency in invoicing, unclear communication, and the absence of reliable, timely answers made managing HR processes unnecessarily difficult. This was not an isolated experience, but something observed across several consulting firms.
This experience inspired the creation of Blue Whale Consulting AS. We bring together a team with practical HR knowledge and experience in the Norwegian market, helping foreign companies manage HR processes, comply with Norwegian labour law and successfully establish operations in Norway. Our team is multilingual, speaking English, Norwegian, Portuguese, and Spanish to support international clients effectively.
